Not a very good effort on my part, but "Company Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Incorporated" gets abbreviated to "Co. CPR Inc." The catch phrase "We feel no mirth" follows. Take the letters "cocprincwefeelnomirth," switch them around, and you get "Clown Prince of Crime," a nickname for the Joker. This villain was created by and often attacks corporations, he's prone to gas attacks whose victims could benefit from CPR, and those poor souls feel no mirth with regard to the Joker's brand of lethal "comedy."
